Art has run on my maternal side of the family. My great-grandmother was a prolific painter, and she passed down her artistic spirit to my grandmother, my mother, and then down to my sister and I.

I have been practicing art professionally since my teenage years, exhibiting and selling my first artwork while still in high school. I attended Vancouver Island University, earning my Bachelor of Arts (with distinction) majoring in Visual Arts in 2023.
